Shipping Policy

Shipping is Free! We will track your package for you so just call for details on tracking.

Return Policy

The item is returnable if it is defective. Do to infection, we cannot accept a product that has already been used by your pet. Please call for details on how to return a defective item. You should have all the information on the site regarding size, weight and color of your item which should give you an excellent idea of how it will look in your home. We want you to be completely satisfied. Call our customer service line for further questions.

Backorder Policy

We will let you know right away if an item is on backorder and let you know the expected in stock date. You can then choose if you would like to wait or if we can offer an alternative choice.

Damaged Goods Policy

If damaged during shipping just return the defective item in its original container to A&E Cage Company and a new item will be shipped back to you. We cannot accept an item that has already been used by your pet related to the potential spread of infection.
