It is up to us, a parrot owners, to provide our companion parrots with as much physical activity and exercise as we possibly can.  This starts, but does not end , with providing parrots with a Large cage with mutliple perches and activity items such as toys, swings, platforms, ladders, and spiral rope perches.  In addition, parrots should have multiple perch playgyms which offer a great deal of play and exercise opportunities.
